Bad Customers Services Day (Company Outing)

Jumbo Seafood Restaurant located at Kallang Indoor Stadium was a fabulous ideal place for a gathering or a company dinner. However the whole ideal-ism is destroyed the moment your food started to arrive.

Our first dishes the "醉虾" was so unevenly distributed by the (ROC) waiter that some got 2 虾 while others got only 1 虾, even the soup is so unevenly distributed. Being a (ROC) doesn't mean you have the right to serve so poorly!
Next the empty plate that is set for you to put all the residue ( 虾壳, leftover, etc.) on it is not cleared and change into a clean one. How are we going to eat if the entire residues are filling up our plate -_-".
Even the tea that is supposed to be refillable is not being refill, end-up I'm drinking the cold and tasteless tea. The TEA cost me $1.70 and you not refilling it for me? Duh!
They only react when we finally feedback to the manager regarding their "Good" customer service. I mean what the point we have already finish our dinner and feeling very PISS-ed off! Though after that the manager did try to appease us by giving FOC fruits, deserts and even ask a "老鸟"(experience) waitress to serve us.
In conclusion where there is a (ROC) waiter, you will always have a FOC item.

After that, we went to K-box located at Kallang Leisure Park 4th level. The K-box room we got is the biggest i ever went. It basically like a function room with a LCD projector as your screen and can easily accommodate 20 people. We started singing in this huge compound, the sound system was tremendous (you can really tremble when the bass started to pump) and the LCD was really cool. However in the midst of the enjoyment somehow the drinks were spill, so I went to ask the counter for a staff to clean it up. Waited and waited.. No one came and when finally a staff arrives, she asked "Need any snacks?” Huh? Where the mops? So I presume they already forgot about the cleaning-up things so I told her again that we need someone to clean up the place and she told me "Okay, are you sure you don't want any snacks?" and left. In the end still no one came -_-".
What the hell, I thought Singapore invested lots and lots of $$$ into customer service? "GEM" courses are they all crap? And we actually spend 10% service charges as charity for bad services? Duh! Simply piss-ed off~
